Our most comprehensive custody and estate planning package, with support for your family and advisers now and ongoing care for the first three years.
Families and holders with multiple ownership structures who want their custody, advisers and beneficiaries brought into one clear succession plan.
- Everything in Full Custody Concierge, including full estate planning documentation and guided multi-signature setup.
- Guided session time extended to up to 8 hours by video call, which you can split across more than one session.
- Up to three custody set-ups included, so personal, SMSF, company and trust holdings can each be documented separately. Further set-ups are $500 incl. GST each.
- Executor and beneficiary session. A video call of up to 90 minutes with the people you have named, walking them through your documentation so they can ask their questions now rather than working it out later.
- Solicitor working session. A video call with your own solicitor, together with a briefing pack written for them, covering how your legal instruments and your digital asset records refer to one another.
- Twelve-month review session. A year on, we walk you through checking your devices, backups and records again, and you carry out a fresh test payment and practice recovery.
- Printed executor pack, bound and delivered in a tamper-evident case, with steel backup plates supplied blank for records you write yourself and we never see. The pack never records a private key, seed phrase or password.
- BlockByte Legacy Subscription included for three years from completion, continuing at the standard rate afterwards unless you cancel.

BlockByte Legacy Subscription
Ongoing care for the plan you already have. Simple, month to month or paid yearly, cancel any time before renewal.
- We hold a backup of your records
We keep a secure backup of your digital asset register and your multi-signature wallet backup, so the details are never lost with a lost device or a lost laptop. It never includes a private key, seed phrase or password, and we can never move your Bitcoin.
- Nominate BlockByte as your digital agent
A digital agent is appointed in your will, or by your executor, to support with handling the digital assets in your estate. Name us as your digital agent and when the time comes we work alongside your solicitor and executor and walk them through every step, so it is not left to lawyers or family to try and figure out what to do.
- Annual key check call with a dedicated specialist
Once a year we get on a call with you to confirm your devices are still functional and your backups still readable, and to talk through any security upgrades and custody considerations with a dedicated specialist.
We remain strictly non-custodial. We never hold your keys, seed phrases or credentials, and we cannot move your Bitcoin. Our role is to hold your records and guide the people you appoint.
